Default Liquidating a collection

Recently a graphing friend of mine passed away and I, along with a couple other friends, am working to sell his collection to raise money for his 85-year old father. My friend (Mike Namisnak, or Nami as we called him) collected literally everything. He has signatures from baseball, football, basketball, hockey, NASCAR (his brother worked on the pit crew for Indy car racer Dario Francetti (sp?) for many years), Olympians, wrestling and just about any other walk of life that was put on a trading card. He loved oddball items and has a wide variety of off the wall items signed as well.

I am in the process of inventorying the cards on a spreadsheet so it can be sorted by name, team or set. Currently I am in possession of his signed football, basketball and hockey cards, and can get access to other items as we go through it all. Offhand I know he had a Globetrotters jersey (likely replica) signed by Meadowlark Lemon and a huge NBA banner signed by 50 or more former players, including John Stockton, Terry Porter and Tim Hardaway. He also had a small amount of NFL mini helmets, OMLBs, golf balls, 8x10s and magazines.

If there is any interest in signed memorabilia from any of these genres please message me. I am happy to post pictures here and would be taking offers on most every item. His father has no idea of the value of any of this stuff and is happy with anything he can get, so any fair offer will be accepted and much appreciated.

If there is any other pertinent information I should post here please don't hesitate to ask. I don't want to come across as just another "father of a friend selling a collection" deal. There are no coa's for the items as they were obtained in person at various events around the area. However, I was standing right next to Nami to witness the majority of his items being signed and can 100% guarantee authenticity. I also have faith in the judgment of the members here and any item can be scanned or photographed to provide a good look at the signature before completing any deal.

I know this is a lot of typing and very few specifics, but if there is enough interest I can begin to post some of the better name signatures and items until the complete spreadsheets are ready to go.

Thanks in advance for any interest!

EDIT to add: the bulk of the collection is from the late 80s and 90s with some newer. Very few older cards, and no real high dollar HOF RCs or anything like that. Nami took advantage of just about every in-person autographing opportunity he could find, but he was not one to buy autographs and didn't delve into the vintage market. So there won't be any Vince Lombardis or Roberto Clementes or anything like that.
