The folks at the fish farm were going to hatch him from 1960's pop singer Tommy Roe, but felt he might have been born dizzy. It's crazy. <br /><br />Imagine if the 1950's Brooklyn Dodgers had played the 1980's Boston Red Sox. It would have been "Roe vs. Wade" all over again.<br />
