Default question regarding money at the national

Posted By: sean

I was wondering if sellers at the national take card these days? Im assuming that the big spenders dont keep thousands of dollars in their pockets? Am I wrong?

Many dealers take credit cards as well as checks if they know you but cash is always king.

Tom - Having 20s...you gotta be kidding, for me it's more like single dollar bills... compared to a REALLY poor slob like me, you're a very wealthy man.

Peter's correct - wads of cash work. No one likes credit cards at these shows due to the hassle factor.

6 years on, this thread about the National is still factual. Good ol' Scott B...

"It's not 'Salmon', you idiot! It's SALmon!"

How odd is it that my first thought at seeing that $10,000 bill was "Sal Bass"?

Strange minds think alike.

Incidentally, Salmon Rushdie was hatched from Preacher Roe. The folks at the fish farm were going to hatch him from 1960's pop singer Tommy Roe, but felt he might have been born dizzy. It's crazy.

Imagine if the 1950's Brooklyn Dodgers had played the 1980's Boston Red Sox. It would have been "Roe vs. Wade" all over again.
