I had thought Heritage was hiring him, but perhaps that didn't work out.

Since I was asked this by a fellow board member, this is being posted to give some context

It's been a while since all of that crud occurred. Do we know if anyone that was convicted and served time for their involvement in the Mastro and Legendary shill bidding scheme have been hired by any auction houses?

Aren't Mastro and Allen barred from conducting business in this hobby again as part of the sentencing? What about the other smaller fish like MT? If sentencing included the stipulation of no hobby business involvement after their sentences are served, then did that only apply to Mastro and Allen?

Doesn't this outrage anyone else? I didn't personally know any of the people convicted. Deep down I would venture to guess they may be very decent people that just let greed get the better of them. HOWEVER, I would think that any auction house that hires people convicted of those specific crimes is making a bad move. It's like telling the collecting public that they don't care about the past transgressions against the hobbyist.

Discussed before.
