Default FS 1910 World Series Ticket Cubs vs A's Game 2 Nice..

A very scarce stub that I bought for a display but I have changed my mind. The PSA population report has 4 stubs in all grades for this game so it is a very scarce stub. Mordecai Brown pitched for the Cubs and took the loss.
As you can see it is in exceptional condition for a stub of this age. I am asking ( no longer for sale) shipped anywhere in US. Paypal is fine But check or moneyorder both work as well.

Default No longer for sale

The Ticket is no longer for sale. I will submit it to PSA and post the result when it is returned. I have no choice as someone has suggested it was a counterfeit ticket. As I have already stated I purchased it ungraded from REA in the spring and belive it to be 100% genuine. But since it was questioned I will send it to a TPG to settle the issue.

I highly doubt it's a Repro.

Looks like the real deal to me.

I agree Paul in my opinion it is 100%. I base that on handling a decent number of period Tickets ( Although not my primary collection focus which is more cards 40 plus years in which time a type of 99% of cards issues before 1975 have been in my hands, and for the past 15 years scorecards and programs). But this is my hobby and with everything that has transpired in the past few years I am happy to erase all doubt. Even if it came from a board member who claimed he had an untrained eye and neglected to include his name along with his opinion when he decided to post on my BST thread saying Uh Oh.

Default I was wrong

First , let me apologize to John the ticket owner and the original poster. I deleted my post that suggested that maybe the ticket wasnt real. I dont know jack about tickets and should have just observed instead of posting anything at all. I have sent him a PM.... he is ticked and I dont blame him. Im hoping that if anyone is interested in this item they would still get directly in touch with him as no one has doubted its authenticity and I should never have put my 2 cents in when I didnt know what I was talking about. Apologies to everyone who read this thread and especially to bigfanNY. Rocky Rockwell in Florida PS Live and learn I wont make this kind of mistake again...... sorry all

Is this the same ticket? It doesn't look like it has been authenticated by PSA?

No doubt.
Same ticket. Same Seller.
Guess he decided just throw it on eBay and see what happens.

I can understand why. I had some tickets authenticated by PSA and it took 7 months to get them back.

Just to clarify after Ticket collectors here agreed with REA the Ticket was solid , and the one person who doubted the ticket retracted his statment and apologized. I saw nothing wrong with listing the ticket on Ebay for one month before submitting it to PSA and waiting six months to a year to get it back.

Stub has been authenticated, graded and returned. If I list it for sale I will start a new thread. Just wanted to close the loop on this.
