Default Ebay listing ended early

Any speculation on why this item was ended early as "no longer available?" Was just wondering, since it lasted several days and was bid up to 150 bucks before being pulled. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1951-Topps-Major-League-All-Stars-Eddie-Stanky-Blank-Back-/383444168229?ul_noapp=true&nma=true&si=j0aHwAmj1Gv6w6S3Fz6uJhyc54I%253D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

The most likely answer is that someone offered the seller an off-ebay price that the seller decided to take.
