Default It does exist!

Four years ago on a thread titled '1970s Fleer Decals & Baseball Quiz Card Info Wanted' I asked if anyone had proof that a 1967 Fleer Team Logo Emblem Card of the Cubs exists and the few people who have some of them said that they had never seen a Cubs. Last night I ran across 'The Fleer Sticker Project' site and they have scans of 17 of the 19 cards in the set including the Cubs card. It is only missing the Giants and Senators, there was no Astros card issued. I don't know if the owner of the excellent site is a member here or not. http://fleersticker.blogspot.com/201...rds-cloth.html

Default Giants

I can add a Giants pic:

Edit to add: Oops, looks like not exactly the same set, but similar.

Very similar, but that is a 1968. The 1967's have 1966 on them and have SAVE ALL 19 CARDS in red, the 1968's have no date and have SAVE ALL 19 CARDS in black. The 1967's are considered a test issue and are very rare. Apparently the owner of THE FLEER STICKER PROJECT is a member here, Fleerfan. ETA, his website has an update with a scan of the Senators.

Cliff-- he has posted in some of the earlier Fleer threads, regarding the Laughlin issues I think. It is a great site and resource. It is quite a challenge to accumulate all the many variations to all those odd 60s and 70s issues.

I know another collector who has steered me to some variants ( not involving this issue) not on that web site.

Have finished the blacks but still need a few reds. They are very tough
