Default Spalding Gallery of Stars - cards?

These are on eBay, noted for major or minor league players. Are these considered cards or just cut-outs? Most look the same. Obviously quite small. Thanks, casey

Looks like a cutout from a Spalding Guide or something similar. Not much value in my opinion.

Default Guide cut-out!

These are guide cut-outs. There have been sellers on eBay for over 20 years selling these cut-outs.
