I'm sure by now you've heard the sad news...let's take a minute to post some cards in honor of one of the truly greatest players, and human beings, in baseball's long history.

That '61 is a beautiful card. I've had a hard time finding a nice one at a reasonable price, even before today.

It's not the most valuable Aaron card. Indeed, it isn't even the most valuable in my collection, but it is my favorite card. Not just my favorite Aaron card, but my favorite card overall. It is a card I had a kid and even now, 40+ years later, it still gives me a feeling of nostalgia.

When my time comes, it is the one card I'd like to be buried with.
