Ring wanted!! PLC Sky sox AAA 1995

Went to almost every home game during that year including all the playoff games. If anyone here could point me in direction to find a player ring from that year would be appreciated!

Hi Michael,

Do you search ebay all the time for the ring?

This may be a wild goose-chase but perhaps you can contact the organization. Perhaps they know of a retired front office employee who may want to sell their ring.

I have heard of "super fans" who have asked and/or begged and have gotten organizations to make them rings thorough the original company that made the rings.

In fact several years ago, the NY Islanders had a special evening for every hockey player that won all four Stanley Cups.

I loved the ring the players were given and I asked the head of Merchandising if I could get a ring and he actually said yes.

The players were awarded non gold rings, however, since I was paying, I got a solid gold ring. This may be the only solid gold ring made from that run:

So it never hurts to ask or beg!

I do check ebay from time to time but have 4 kids a job that likes me around 6 to 7 days a week there are periods I forget...haha but I will be more active so to speak in my search...thanks

I have never done this but isn't there an ebay alert system?

It's not handy if the item you search for shows up every day, but for those once in a blue moon opportunities, I believe they have an automated process where they will email you when an item appears that matches your search criteria.

I think I had tried years ago but worth a try again....Again this isnt an item I will die and my soul will haunt the eart until i find just a simple "wish I had"....haha lol
