Default Most Desired Card?

If you had all the money in the world which card would you want to get?
Mine would be a 1903 E107 Caramel Honus Wagner!

The E107 Honus Wagner is a great card and would be near the top of my list as well. There are so many great cards out there that it is tough to choose, but I have narrowed it down to these three:

(1) Baltimore News Ruth

(2) E107 Wagner

(3) T210 Jackson

I too would take the Baltimore News Ruth. It is the first card of the most significant player ever.

Definitely the T210 Jackson for me as well...I was a bit surprised to see it mentioned this many times this early in the post.

My #1 card right now is an attractive, lower-grade N162 Kelly in an SGC holder.

I have simple tastes.

If I had unlimited funds to purchase baseball cards, these would be the cards I'd go after.

1952 Topps Mickey Mantle

1914 Baltimore News Babe Ruth

1914 Cracker Jack Shoeless Joe Jackson

1933 Goudey Nap Lajoie

And of course the T-206 Honus Wagner, Eddie Plank and the Sherry Magie error.

I would also have to add the T210 Jackson to this list as well. Forgot about that one.

Any 1909 Clement Bros. Bread card. It would still be hard to beat out Olbermann.

How often does the Baltimore Ruth hit the market and what is the range of price they generally sell for?

The card I hope to own someday is the 1916 Sporting News Ruth.

Apparently there are only 9 known to exist. I found this auction for a PSA 1 from 2006

That's the one, Anthony. Beautiful card.

I know it sounds stupid, but I just love the stormclouds in the background of that card. The color is amazing to me. I mean, I know it's not a super-tough card, but it's just one I really want.

Maybe I'll find one in Cleveland.

Nice non-sports selections Jerry. The unknown guy who owns the only Srongman #4 has to pass it on eventually.

I add T64 Robert E Lee.

Hey Sean! Great question and great thread! If I had all the money in the world I would like a pristine PSA10 Horner cabinet of Joe Wood. And I would wish very hard for a T3 Turkey Red of Smokey Joe, too, even though they never made one.

Turner -

I like the Clement suggestion. It is annoying that you will have to beat Olberman even if he already has the card. Ugh.

I would like a Kalamazoo Bat Giant, but would settle for a Philadelphia player.
