Jorge Bell signed for me TTM via Spring Training in 2014 and 2015. I'd be prepared to send one in mid February 2016 if I were you. Worst case scenario, it costs you a couple of stamps and a couple of commons. Hope this helps.

There is the potential for a Doyle Alexander private signing coming up. Nothing set in stone, and likely wouldn't be cheap. It will be posted on SCN and Facebook if it happens, so I guess just keep your eyes open.
