Default Slightly Off-Topic: Research Help Needed

An old college buddy of mine is in the midst of doing final editing on a book about baseball. Without going into details, I have been fact checking this book all weekend and it's going to be a great read:

Having said that; he/we need specific help on a couple of quotations for an article on Babe Ruth

From the Babe Ruth Story: The exact page where the quotation "“I had a rotten start" came from. This is very early in the book and should not take long to check on

And from Jim Reisler, Babe Ruth : Launching the Legend, published in 2004 this quote : "was all about satisfying an insatiable appetite--devouring vast quantities of food and drink, having sex as much as possible, and driving faster, staying up later, and hitting a baseball farther than anyone else"

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Please feel free to send off-line replies to lcassuto@erols.com

Thanks in advance for your help!
