Default Opinion on Walter Payton

I'm going through my autograph collection that has sat dormant for several years. I have the attached Walter Payton on a glossy 8X10 that I was given by co-worker who doesn't collect autographs but knew I did. She got it from her uncle, was was a business man in Chicago. She gave it to me under the condition that I don't make a profit on it. If I ever choose to part with it, I either need to give it to someone else for free, or donate it to a charity benefit.

I'm not really at all a football fan, but I don't plan to part with this anytime soon. I'm just interested in opinions on its authenticity. Thanks for your thoughts!
