Have always wanted to add a Ruth to my collection. Any chance this is legit?

Opinions most appreciated. Thanks!

Don't post who the COA is from.

Make any opinions be based on the autograph, not the COA.

Where the CoA--if any--is from is completely irrelevant.

Do you know what year its from? I'm not an expert but it looks really close to the example I just picked up. The top of the upper case B points up, the lower case b goes up higher than the capital B, and the R extends to the T in Ruth with the T crossed at the top.

But of course fakes are supposed to look real, so I defer to the experts.

Unfortunately, you should be.

It was penned by the infamous "FM."

I purchased it from Lelands. Are you sure it is a fake? If so I need to get in touch with them right away.

tough news to swallow on an $1800 item. maybe pm chris he can give you more details through pm. public board isn't the best place to divulge information. i'd be pm'ing jim, richard, shelly, david, fudd trying to confirm chris' suspicion if that was about to be my ruth
