This story touched on autographs and uniforms so I posted it in two sections.

it seems the autograph/game used subdivision of the hobby is likely succeptible to dramatically more foul play than any other.

i wouldn't dabble in this segment of the hobby for a multitude of reasons!

So let me ask a question here....and I ask this question about our hobby as a whole (cards, memorabilia, etc) and I will ask it in three parts:

Is all this upheaval and shaking out of the shill bidders and counterfeiters good for the hobby in the long run?

Will this finally shake out the turds who have capitalized on our hobby for years who have no real interest in it?

Are true collectors going to win out with lower values which will potentially foster real collector growth in the hobby?

Are there any ethical businesses left in this hobby?

The hobby has seemed to attract a disproportionate share of people who are allergic to an honest day's work.

A dentist with the last name of Chew or Paine.
I actually had dentists when I was younger with both of those last names!
Go figure...
