Default Salutation Exhibit Variation questions

I know it's difficult to pinpoint the year of issue on the 1939-1946 Salutation Exhibits, but there are clearly some variations or short prints that can be narrowed down.

Can anyone identify what year(s) the following cards were issued

variations
Ted William #9 showing
Tommy Holmes - Sincerely Yours

Short Prints
Tony Cuccinello
Dizzy Dean
Glenn Russell

This link from a Net54 thread in 2009 is a solid discussion of dating these cards, and the KeyMan site has a well known "Exhibit Supply Dating Chart" (although I have been told by several Exhibits experts that a few of the dates/photos are reversed in the late 40's).

On the cards listed, I really can only comment on the Williams #9 showing, and most feel this dates to the 1942-1945 period.
