Default E121 huh?

Guess this one didn't slip under the radar.. I was primed and ready to place my late bid, then got blown out of the water. Based on prior threads, it seems like several non E121s have made it into E121 holders.

I have noticed that E122s are mistaken for E121s and vice versa somewhat frequently on eBay. Regarding this particular card, I sent PWCC the following email on August 2nd:
"Hi PWCC - This is NOT an E121 card! Rather, it is a much tougher E122! I'm NOT surprised that PSA doesn't know this, but I am surprised that PWCC doesn't know this!!"
I, too, was looking to pounce on this card, if the price had remained low!

Looks like some laziness/ incompetence on PSA's part in labeling it an E121. Not too difficult to recognize an E122 as the front is completely different.

Net54 definitely has a strong radar for "under the radar" stuff!

I was yet another board member who hoped incorrectly that this one would slip under the radar.

+1. I was the underbidder. Not the first time Just Collect has failed to recognize the difference between an E121 and an E122 either.
