Look what I got!

These are the cards that made me so mad at my Fed Ex guy. I had to wait for a day when contractors were working on our house and have the Fed Ex guy give it to them.

I seem to have the same taste as a lot of people, which is why I hardly ever get anything cheap. But these weren't so bad.

That Wiltse is BEAUTIFUL. One of the things that I always loved about most of the old sets is the simplistic beauty of those. Plus, its hard to imagine that a hundred years ago someone got a pack of smokes, and that card slid out. Simply a beautiful card and Id say the T206s are my favorite set of the 1887-1933 era.

Amen, Scott!

(Sadly it's a 40/3 but with a front like that I couldn't care less what the back looks like.)

T206 Baker AB 350 No Frame SGC 40. This one was a little tougher than I thought it was going to be.
Take care,

Link to the backs line, getting there. Looking for an AB 460 HOFer that is not in the group already.

Default 19th Century rocks

Legendary KBats arrived today.

Scanner scale wonky. Mulvey is close to true size.

Plus, my first OJs. What the heck! (Thanks, Dave Levin for ultra-quick service).

Phil, I've only been looking for the Chief and Auker. I can't say that I've seen a Greenberg though.

Recent Pickups-

Sometimes I just love a card with a NM front and paper loss on back, got the Ruth for a great price and its one of the nicest fronts out of all my exhibits.
