Default Need help from the experts are these the same card?

Just curious
I took a shot, bottom card is still missing from my collection

While the print dot on the helmet looks the same, from what I can see, the color overlay (registration) in his name on the bottom looks different, as does the way the red/yellow sit on the right border.

I'm focusing on the Pirate logo in the upper right corner. In the top card the border around the logo looks shifted to the right and his shoulder (blue) is outside the border. There is also a distinct white line between the border and the greenish background. In the bottom card it's perfectly aligned.

These look like different cards to me.

Thanks guy, yes the pirates logo is o/c ON THE 8! I hit the panic button when I saw the print dot by the helmet. One day the card will surface
