Default 1887 Champions March

http://www.net54baseball.com/attachm...1&d=1566359441

Acquired this April 1887 St. Louis Globe democrat page with the Champions March, honoring the World Champion Browns. These Browns are actually more related to the Cardinals. It is very thin paper, and I need to get it framed without tearing it.

That's pretty cool, except the Browns were soundly defeated by the mighty Detroit Wolverines for the 1887 World Championship!

So they're not really champions now, are they?

They were the 1886 American Association champs and this paper is reflecting that.

Great item from 1887 ! Can you get a high school band to record it ? I dd something similar with March of the Cardinals and another Cardinals song from the 1926 era.
