so let me get this straight- I was under the impression that PSA would encapsulate cards they suspected of trimming and give it an 'authentic' tag. But I spoke to someone at PSA and they said that they generally don't encapsulate trimmed cards? What causes them to give an "authentic" tag then?

I have some E92s that I bought from Mike Wheat about 4 years ago- clearly some of them (if not all) were trimmed at some point (as Wheat pointed out on his website). Should I just not bother to try to get them encapsulated by anyone? I realize that because they're trimmed, many (and certainly probably everyone on this board) wouldn't be interested in them. But regardless of the trimming, they filled some spots in my collection for some years, and they're of course beautiful images.

Thoughts?
