I am currently putting on eBay a number of signed handwritten letters form vintage and Pre-War Major League, Negro League, black barstorming, early Cuban & Latin League and All-American Girl's Pro League baseball players. Many are on personal or league stationary. Each has significant baseball content, writing about his or her greatest baseball thrills and rememberences.

I have a couple of heavy albums of these letters, including around 100 different Negro League letters. As each and every letter discusses the writer's baseball rememberences and highlights, the collection could make the basis for an interesting aricle or research. Many players list the toughest pitchers or hitters. Other than the ones I put on eBay, I'm only looking to trade the letters for what I'm looking for.

At the risk of having some of you laughing at me, I think I'm going to try putting the e90-2 and e90-3 sets back together again. Condition is not a factor just as long as the card isn't too horribly beat up. I'm willing to buy or trade and potential trade bait of mine can be viewed at http://www.geocities.com/redmaccie.

Anyone with extra t204s or e103s please let me know as well. Thanks all,

Brian

This week we are posting over 100 lots of SGC graded pre-war Baseball cards with many caramel cards, cracker jacks, delongs, old judges, etc.

We are going to be set up at the National at booth 2125. We will have on display some items that are going up on ebay the week after next such as a Goodwin Round Album, (3) L1 Leathers, etc. Our main goal at the National is to get consignments, so please feel free to stop by and say "hi".

Hi all, I've recently acquired an n28 Mulvey that I'd like to trade for a type that I dont already have. The front is an unimprovable nrmt-mt. Looks like it belongs in a PSA 8 holder for sure. The reason for the low grade is the back- looks like it was removed from a scrapbook at some point. Anyways, if you're interested, drop me an email at fisherboy7@hotmail.com and let me know what you might have for trade. I'm not looking for anything specific, just a type that I dont already own, as long as it's pre-1920. You can see what I already have (which includes other trade bait) on my website at:

I've recently started to collect nineteenth century baseball club ribbons. I only have five right now, so I'm pretty much looking for anything. If you have any to sell, please email me with what you have available and asking prices. I'm also always looking for anything related to nineteenth century baseball in Troy and Albany, NY, as well as any low end baseball CDVs Thanks.

1867 Base Ball score book available for trade. Town ball in MA (I believe) involving Acushnett, Riverside, Sitka, Athletic, Wamsutta, Mechanic. Beautiful script to the scorekeeping. Book is in nice condition and has professionally restored endpapers. I'm looking for the usual: early baseball books, fiction or non-fiction, and early Western Canadian baseball ephemera. Thanks, Max

I have just listed a few interesting items on ebay but the most interesting is a rare, pristine 1887 Tomlinson cabinet of Detroit catcher Charlie Bennett. Whether you are interested in bidding or not, take a look; it's a beauty. My handle is jmiller8oua.

Thanks!

I just put up a small group of cards on eBay. Hopefully they won't get lost in the crush of Mike Wheat's inventory. My seller ID is "petecld" or simply go to:

http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewSellersOtherItems&include=0&userid=petecld&sort=3&rows=25&since=-1&rd=1

Thank You

Hi all,

I posted a ton of stuff on eBay with fairly low minimum bids and no reserves. Gotta love those insertion fee sales!

What I posted includes the following: A35 Goodwin Round Album pages, Anson cards (Mayo, N28, N162, A35), a huge Old Judge lot, a large non-baseball 1880s/90s lot, several early Ty Cobb cards (Dietsche PCs, E102, W555 graded) and more. I expect to see frenzied bidding, or...or...or I'll be sad.

Thanks for looking!

Jeff

on Ebay of course:
Cicotte/Stahl "Jake Stahl Guarding Third" (PSA 5) perhaps "overgraded" --- yes I really used the word "overgraded" in describing something I'm selling. I probably won't explicitly say that in the item description though.

Murray/Snodgrass "Just Before the Battle" (SGC40/3) -- appears bettter than technical grade may be for you if your not completely blinded by the holder.

Austin/ Stovall "Ty Cobb Steals Third" --- with the classic Conlon photo. Ungraded beautiful but measures a bit short vertically -- I think it was miscut.

See my ebay seller's link later tonight (7/28):
