Michael Goldberg does customer service and is very easy to work with. Why not start there.

Any of their senior graders are quite good but Derek Grady is over their grading dept. and I would speak with him. Just call customer service and ask for him. Let me know if you have any issues. Though I certainly don't get special grading favors (I have many examples ) I do know some of them personally and can get a hold of them pretty easily. take care

Mike seems like a nice guy....are there any Northeast shows coming up? they want to see the cards in person to determine if its a true variation....
