I was shut out.

Went to bed as the high bidder of one lot.... only to wake up to see that I was outbid.

The auction had some cool stuff.

Thanks, Matt. I like it a lot. The only thing that gives me pause, though, is this is the fourth one of these I've seen sell in the past 18 months or so. Kind of makes me wonder if a small stash was found.

If anyone picked up the Gold Medal Flour lot (Lot 56), please contact me. I have a couple of questions to ask about it that follow up on the article I wrote on the set.

Thanks,
Tim

Under-bidder on the E90-2 Wags. Card still went for a good price. Was going to bid on some of the autograph cuts....but waited too long to toss in the initial bid.

Regards,
S

Posted in the pickup thread but this is the one lot I won. As was pointed out to me the Uncle Jacks is Paul and not Lloyd...I wasn't paying close enough attention to even notice!

I thought the T207 lots went for pretty affordable prices.

Congrats to the winners.

Thanks guys...I don't think I have shown it with the frame I had done. It is a very poor picture I took. When Jeff came over a few months ago (we live very close) I made him hold it sans frame.....It is fairly awesome when just holding it in your hands without a frame. I even pointed out the few tiny touch ups it had done to it. It was professionally cleaned and stabilized before I got it. This Composite came from the Nixie Callahan (Chicago AL Manager) estate, as these large League Composites were only given to managers and executives.

Just an awesome, cool card.

If the winner of the T207 lots is a board member and does not need all of the cards please send me an email. I was the underbidder on 2 of the lots but was only looking for a handful of the cards. Thanks
David G

If the winner of this lot is on the board, I'm interested in the Dazzy Vance card if you want to part with it. Please email me. Thanks, Ty
