Default Reporting item on Ebay

I know we're not supposed to out items on ebay before they end, but I need to find out how to report an item. I need to head out in a little while for Mother's Day celebrations and can't do anything else about it now, but I should learn for future references. Plus, I want to warn any members of this board who are Mantle or Post collectors not to bid.

The item in question is:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/300903357234...84.m1423.l2649

The problem is, I won the exact same item a few weeks ago: http://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/e11003...SA%3AUS%3A3160

I sent the seller an email and got a reply. The exchange is below. When I saw the item hadn't been removed, I tried to file a report with ebay and their "File a Report" doesn't help at all. I never got to a point where I could explain the situation. Question: how long does it take an item to be removed from the listings once a seller asks that it be removed? It's been around 24 hours since I first contacted the seller. Is that enough time?.

I strongly recommend that any Mantle or Post collectors stay away from this. Either it's a reproduction or the seller (by his own admission) does not have the item.

Dear m.hunt,

Hello,

No, I am sorry. I am out of town and I had my wife do some re-listing and sending some fixed price items to auction. She made a mistake and was meaning to list some other baseball pieces and instead re-listed these and a few others that should not have been, and I didn't know it until you sent this message. She is supposed to be taking them down this weekend. Big Mix-Up. Thank you for letting me know. I attented a show recently and I bought one guy's sports stuff out. He said his parents owned a store and he had kept these over the years. If he would have had more than one I would have bought those too. They are for sure vintage 60's. I also bought the old signs and thermometers he had which I have listed as well. I am going to try and get her to put more of the baseball stuff up this week.

Dear pickerstarsauctions,

Hi. I got this same item from you a week or so ago. I am now wondering how "vintage" it really is. I wonder that because the one I got looks exactly like the one you are auctioning off now - the exact same creases, the exact same stains all in the exact same locations. For instance, could you please explain to me how the Mantle sign I got and the one you are selling now could both have the exact same black mark on the back in the exact same place. Where did you get these and how do you know they are vintage? In addition, the Maris you are selling now looks exactly like the one you sold before (which I did not get). They appear to be duplicates which makes me think they are reproductions made to look vintage.

Thanks!
