Default CSG (or their shipper) lost my only Wagner

I was fortunate enough to pick up a true beater E91-C Wagner in a net54 trade awhile back.

I decided to try to get it holdered through CSG in order to keep it protected and possibly sell it in the future. (I know, dumb move).

Long story short I dropped the submission at the June Chantilly show but it never showed up in my account status tracker.
After 2 weeks of asking why they told me that one shipment from the show to Florida had not arrived and they were working with the carrier to locate it.

Same story for the last few weeks.
Now 1 month later they have finally informed me it has not been able to be recovered, so I'm awaiting contact from a claims specialist.

Just a little heads up for anyone submitting at shows. I falsely assumed it was more secure. Lesson learned.

Updated:
They somehow found it after 4 months and I got it back slabbed this week Oct 20th

Sorry to hear that Justin. I will keep an eye out.

I definitely prefer shipping to grading companies as it's a clearer chain of command and more checks and balances, or at least that's how I see it. I've been less than thrilled with PSA, BGS being only slightly better, and SGC being a complete rockstar of a company and one that, at least right now, I trust unequivocally.
