I say no based on a few things I am seeing. The first is all the drops in his name. The underhooks of his 'M's" and his "Y" seem to drop down further than what you would normally see in a Mantle signature. Another thing I am seeing is that in his last name the "AN" seem to shift upwards to the right and the "T" is somewhat peaked and the "LE" tail back down to the right almost like his last name after the "M" makes a slight mountain peak at the letter "T" if looking at his signature from the bottom of his writing. This one doesn't seem to have that effect to me and its more straight across.
