Default 1965 St. Louis Cardinals Boy Scout Promo Pic
Has anyone got more info on this other than what's on the back. Appears to be logically 1965 and was a photo premium used to recruit Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts.

Not nearly as big as the scan appears, measures 3" x 4". This one was cherished as it got tacked up and then glued into a scrapbook.
