Default Question for Mastro/Brian Marren

Posted By: Aaron

I was wondering if Mastro's December auction will follow the closing format from the Classic Collector auction (where each individual lot closed after 15 minutes of inactivity) or would revert to Mastro's stradard closing format (all lots close at the same time, after 15 minutes of inactivity on any lot)?

Thanks!

Default Question for Mastro/Brian Marren

Just wondering--why would you post a question addressed to Mastronet on this board and not email them directly?

Default Question for Mastro/Brian Marren

I spoke to Ron at Mastronet recently and asked the same question. He said the December auction would have the standard closing format (all lots close at the same time, after 15 minutes of inactivity on any lot). But interestingly enough he also said that for the next Classic Collector auction each individual lot will now close after 30 minutes of inactivity. He indicated that the feedback was that 15 minutes was not enough time for people to get their bids in.
