I'm a very low end buyer, so I would get upset if it happened to me with a $20 card.

If I was ever to buy something valued at 4K, I would certainly buy it from a reputable auction house. Am I correct with that statement ?

There's more than a few people on here, that I wouldn't have a problem buying from!

+1....probably thousands of transactions on our BST that are in the multi thousand dollar range. I have done a lot of them myself. If you do just a little bit of research on your trading partner this is a very safe place to transact in the hobby.
