the main problem I have with it is that we are buying cards based on scans, so this "absolutely no refunds" policy is a crock. I buy based on scans all the time, regardless of how much I think the seller knows about cards; however, if they have disclaimers like this guy does, I don't touch it. But you're right in that it is of course the seller's perogative (sp?) to create their own policies, and mine to deny them business. |

You say you bought the cards and they are legit but you haven't received them yet? Are you just going by the scans, then? I hope you are right and they are o.k. because you are one of the good guys but I am still suspicious. SOME of them may be o.k., like the Blue Chase on the left in the link waaay above this but the right Blue Chase next to it looks phoney. |
