Default Is anybody else bothered by this?

I have several SGC slabs in which the labels (flips) are rippled. Not sure if this picture shows it very well, but in person it just looks awful. What do you supposed causes this..ink still wet when encapulated?...label bigger than the slot? I think they could definately improve their flips such that they look more professional. None of my PSA flips are like this. BTW why are they called "flips"?

I've wondered this too. I actually have a few PSA ones that are pretty bad. Sometimes it appears the flip was cut too wide, other times I wonder about wet ink.
