Default Willie Mays & extreme photo recycling -- question

So Topps often re-used photos in the 1950s and 1960s, but does anyone know of a longer lapse between pics than Willie Mays appearing on a 1960 All Star card and then the same image showing up in a 1969 deckle-edge insert?

The 1962 and 1968 Bobby Locke cards are also notable.

I think an honorable mention should go to the Topps card from the late 1960s (1969?) that reused Ken Hubbs's 1963 Topps photo. It takes a special kind of cheapskate to pull that one off.

I think Topps used Ron Santo's pic from his '61 RC again on the black and white deckle edge card.

I don't think that one is Topps being cheap. It looks like it was an honest mistake (using the inset photo of the 1963 Topps Hubbs card for the 1966 Topps Dick Ellsworth).
