Default Release schedule for 1936 Diamond Stars

A number of you enjoyed my write up of the 1935 release, so I'm pleased to now post a similar analysis of the 1936 Diamond Stars release. There are spots where it's much more speculative, but on the bright side the lack of rigor may invite some fun discussion.
