I'm a bit confused here...the description indicates that this card "is just a hair shy of a NM 7." Is this a reference to the grade or the physical dimensions?

is that it is a hair shy of a NM7 (the grade)......from looking at the scan if it were talking about being off a "hair" of something it would not be "size" or that would have to be a "clump" of hair........regards

Here's what I'm thinking...libertyforall is good at cutting things down and PRO is good at encapsulating things once they've been reduced in size...chocolate and peanut butter...two great things that go great together????
