Default cracking PSA coin/pin/disc holders

Posted By: Steve Parmentier

I would like to crack and re-submit a 1910-12 PX7 Domino Disc in a PSA case. But the little cases appear much tougher to open than a regular card case. Jeez, I don't want to damage the disc (would be ouch). Any suggestions on cracking out from someone who has done it without screwup before ? Its a Mathewson, sent it in myself, thought a lock for "7", but came back PSA 6. It looks every bit as good as a couple "7's" I have. Thanks, Steve.

Default cracking PSA coin/pin/disc holders

Steve- I cracked open a ton of PSA P2 pins and used a pliers on the top to crack them and a long flat bladed screw driver to slip in and gently twist. It was successful, no pins damaged, but you have to be wary of the occasional flying shards of plastic.
