I think he wins an auction delays paying for it and tries to resell it for more and is probably having a bogus account bid on these items. If it does not bring enough then he does not pay for the item he won. My guess anyways.

Thank you for explaining. I see now that there is a shady reason. I had never thought of that scenerio, what a complete ass!!
