Same recommendation as Arnie: Collectibles Insurance Services, price varies depending on location of cards (discount if in home safe, bank safety deposit box, etc.; higher if you take to shows on the road, etc.):

I'm going to switch to CIS in May when my premium is up with American Collectors.
