FS: 1885 Chicago White Sox Photo (c.1900-1910)
FS: Circa 1900-1910* large photograph of the 1885 Chicago White Stockings. The photo and caption appear to have been cut down from a larger cabinet-type display and then mounted onto a linen sheet. The photo is 9-1/4" x 13-1/2", and total size with backing is 11-1/4" x 16". The player name annotations on the photo are old, live ink.
Condition is good overall, especially for the large size. There is a crease that breaks the surface that runs from the right border edge. Some damage to the linen backing, as seen in photos. *Dating is an educated guess. Could be a little earlier than 1900, and in any case I'd guess it's closer to 1900 than 1910.
