Default Help IDing Player Endorsement on early Mitt

I picked this Marathon 4262 buckle back mitt up at a local auction yesterday. I can tell there is a player endorsement, but can't make out the name. Anyone know who it is? I was going to post on glove forum but thought I could provide better pictures here. Thanks for you help.
