Default The Swinging Sixties - Piggyback Special. Any Interest? GRADES POSTED!!!

New year, and PSA had a new quarterly special. The one I am interested in is called "The Swinging Sixties". If covers 1960-1969 and has a $499 and under limit. They went up a little in price from the Goudey/T206 Special last quarter, from $8.50 to $9.00, but still better than the other guys. I got ENTIRELY too many raw cards and this would knock out all my cards from the 60s.

How about you guys?? Any of you have any cards from the 60's you want to get graded?? Let me know.

I'd be interested, let me see what I have that fits. I'm guessing 25-30 cards.

I will absolutely take part. My 1967 Laughlins aren't going to grade themselves!

I am not familiar with that issue. It is baseball only.

Darn it. Why not fabulous 50s? I’m sitting on a ton of 1950s cards. However, I’m good for 5 or so. I’ll need to take inventory when I get home. Thanks for doing these!

My experience over the last six months is that it varies. Most of mine seem to spend a few weeks in assembly. At the same time, I’ve had a few that move fast, literally spending only a few days in assembly. It might depend on which service level you get. The higher service levels seem to move more quickly through each part of the process. If you’re at the lower service levels, getting from assembly to the finish line could easily take 1-2 months.

But hopefully yours move real zippy, and you get your grades tomorrow.

In culo alla balena!

We entered the grading stage on 3/9/22 and remained there until 9/8/22 - right at 6 months. At this point, I expect assembly will take the full 2 months.

I mailed Bobby my cards in mid-January 2021 (Hank Aaron was still alive). I had earmarked several for 2021 Christmas gifts. I’m just hoping I will receive them back in time for Christmas 2022!
