Default D304 General Baking Herzog No Team/Traded variation

How rare is the D304 General Baking Herzog with No Team/Traded? I saw a thread from about a decade ago which indicated it might be the toughest card in the set.

If anyone has information about prior sales of this card please let me know.

I have no scientific data to back it up but I see fewer of the team change cards than I do the others.
