This was attached to a SPORT FLIX box ,I took it from a Quickcheck in Matawan NJ

I saved a few of those myself, also there was I believe a Maddux panel that was on one of the Sportflic boxes as well. Much more advanced than glueing one of their regular cards onto their boxes when they first issued packs.

I just found a Klesko 3d panel as well from one of their boxes, but at this point nobody would ever care about that one.
