Default The Canadians left the Stanley Cup on the side of the road

In 1924, after the Montreal Canadiens won the cup, they accidentally forgot it on the side of the road after their bus stopped to fix a flat tire. Luckily for them, they returned to find the cup sitting right where they had left it on the side of the road.

Thanks for sharing.

There's some funny Cup stories in this link under "Misadventures" that I had never heard of before.
