Im new here: 1964 Topps Venezuelans

Well I thought Id start off here on my first post and start a thread on my 1964 topps venezuelans. I see lots of people here are interested in these so Ill share what I have. Currently I have 366 out of the 370 cards in the set so im always looking to complete it as well.
My story with these is that I got like 130 of them or so from my dad from when he was a teen, some friend of his had given them to him before and around 1996 or so when I was 16 he gave them to me. At that time I didnt know there was a venezuelan version so I always thought they were 64 topps until the internet appeared for me and I discovered what i had. So after many years of having those 130 I decided to try to finish off the set and now am pretty close to doing it. What has made my quest a little easier is that I live in Venezuela and I have found many of the cards here, the others Ive gotten from ebay. Well with no further words Ill share some I have scanned. So if you made it this far youre probably wondering about an emblematic card thats missing among those.......... #50 mickey mantle......... I have the card its just not in my hands at this time, I will post a scan as soon as I have it which should be in 2 weeks or so. Hope you all enjoyed!!

I will be going to a card show this sunday in which I might find one of these and cross it off the list hopefully

Thanks man!!! Yep that was me that just won it on ebay and dont worry i did end up paying much less than I was willing to so its no problem!!! I will keep and eye put here for another mantle as im sure I can find one. Is the other one you need clete boyer???

Glad you decided to come here Alfredo. Like i mentioned this place is way more better than Beckett. You already met the top-notch Venezualan expert it seems. And you also meet Chris(Bestdj777). That is the guy i told you about on that Mantle #50 So,now you know some really good folks and there many more out here. You will also gain valuable knowledge by reading the forums and look at past threads in the archives section.

Thanks for having head here I appreciate it! Yeah Chris and I figured it out he told me he was your friend and that you mentioned me to him when the auction was going on, so thnaks for that too. I already learned about soaking cards in 1 day i have been here lol, hope to learn som more things!!!
