Good one, and an all-time great to boot. Seems like more players would be seen posed in this fashion...it's such a natural place to rest your chin, especially while seated in the dugout.

Beautiful snapshot. Groh has one of my all time favorite cards:

The bottle bat. Looks like he could row a boat with that thing.

I have the same card of Groh without the signature. Tim, or anyone out there, know anything about them?

Since it seems we are on a Groh roll, here is an E220 National Caramel of Heinie that utilizes the same photo as the Exhibits. And in not so unusual fashion for this set, it was cut by a crazy person working the baseball card printing machine.

I don't know anything about these photos, but I did see another one once of a different player. I'm not a set collector, so I didn't pursue it.

I bought mine 9 years ago. Beautiful signature.

I bought a large lot of 1947 boxing cards that are black and white caricatures that had a sizable number that were beautifully annotated with color inks. I liked them so much I kept them. I love nicely done folk-art versions of cards.

Here is an upside down back E92 Croft's Cocoa of Larry McLean. I added an additional scan of the back so neck straining is minimized.
