Default Can Anyone Help Identify This Ball

It appears to be under 2.5 inch in diameter (somewhere over 2.25 but under 2.5). There are some faint letters that appear to say Worth in the sweet spot followed by faded indiscernible lettering. There maybe other faded letters or perhaps a stamp elsewhere. I have it this for a number of years -- not certain where I got it. I was planning it as a gift for one of my grandsons, and I would like to tell him something about it. Any help out there? Thanks!

Anything passed on thru the family is awesome.

Sadly my kids do not share my interests related to collecting or playing baseball in general.
