Default Glen Gray - Oberlin College

I have several cabinet photos of Glen Gray:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glen_G...rican_football)

Not sure if that is his handwriting on the back or not.

He was tragically killed at a young age in a hunting accident.

There is also one photo of their "pouncing halfback", Dink.

My question - how much interest is there in something like these? I don't know much about early football history and am a bit in the dark here.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Brian,

These kinds of cabinet photos are pretty common so unless its a well known star, they don't typically sell for much. Those that went to Oberlin or collect Oberlin items are most likely to pay up for something like this.

But I wouldn't expect to get more than $20-$40 for each of these.

Other thoughts?

jeff

Sorry it took me so long to reply - I forgot about this post.

Thanks for the info Jeff, I appreciate it. These don't really fit in with my collection so I am debating what to do with them.
