Default WTB or WTT for 1962 Jello

I have begun an endeavor that seldom seems to end well. I have begun the task of working on a 1962 Jell-o set. In a sort time, I have put together over 70% of the set which is a good start. Unfortunately, anyone that understands this set knows the real challenge centers around the 21 or so "short prints" I would love to talk with you if have any of the 21 short prints and would consider selling or trading most any of them. I have other needs from the set which we can also discuss, but my focus is primarily on the short prints.

I have lots of potential trading material above and beyond my 1988 Donruss collection. I have a small amount of lower grade pre-war cards, but names include Cobb, Young, Mathewson, Bender, Lajoie, 1933 Goudey (including 3 of the 4 Ruth's (PSA A to PSA-2) and most other stars, 1934 Goudey including high numbers, 1935 Goudey 4 player cards (nearly 2 sets) with 2 Ruth's , complete set of 1933 Delong (- the Gehrig), Tattoo orbits, Schutter Johnson candies, 1952 high numbers (I have all but 12 and would break the set up more), complete Topps sets 1953-1980 with many duplicates including many duplicates of variaton and oddball cards (I have multiple 1967 Spiezio's for those of you that know that variation. I have complete 1968 Milton Bradley sets with football as well. I have 3 sets of higher grade 1962 variations which include all of the green tints) as well odd things like uncut card panels, salesman samples and more. I also have 2 nearly complete 1962 Canadian Post sets). I am just trying to say that if you have the 1962 Jello cards I should be able to find something that you want in trade. I have many high as well as low grade PSA stars. PSA-8 Erving Rookie, other rookies and stars from all sports, but definitely strongest baseball.

The 1962 Jello short prints that I am targeting include #1 Bill Skowron, #2 Bobby Richardson, #13 Bill Stafford, #63 Jim Pagliaroni, #69 Marty Keough, #70 Willy Tasby, #95 Gene Stephens, #112 Jim Gilliam, #113 Norm Larker, #115 Stan Williams, #116 Gordy Coleman, #117 Don Blasingame, #118, Gene Freese, #156 Lee Maye, #157 Al Spangler, #166 Curt Flood, #167 Curt Simmons, #168 Alex Grammas, #179 Vernon Law, #180 Harvey Haddix, #181 Hal Smith. I have the Richardson, Freese, Maye, Gilliam, Flood and Law so they would not be the priority of the others, but i would still try to buy them or trade for them if they were available.

Feel free to private message me if you have any 62 Jello-s that you would consider parting with.

Thank you!!

Rick Johnson

I am updating my request for a chance to either buy or trade for your 1962 Jello cards. I am slowly making my need list smaller and have been able to decrease my list to 17 tough cards that are as follows:

#1 Bill Skowron, 10 Ralph Terry, 13 Bill Stafford, 63 Jim Pagliaroni, 69 Marty Keough, 70 Willy Tasby, 95 Gene Stephens, 115 Stan Williams, 116 Gordy Coleman, 117 Don Blasingame, 143 Stu Miller, 144 Joe Amalfitano, 157 Al Spangler, 158 Bill White, 167 Curt Simmons, 168 Alex Grammas, and 180 Harvey Haddix.

I have so much variety to offer in trades. I am not as strong in pre-war cards, but certainly have a lot of this as well. I have a lot of weird stuff like 1971 Topps Greatest Moments, 1962 Canadian Post short prints, The majority of tough variations including 7 different 67 Spiezio missing letter variations, and 52 Topps high numbers. If you ask, I might have it if you are willing to part with 1962 Jello cards. I would trade for any 1962 Jello's, but obviously prefer the remaining 17 cards on my list.

PM me with any questions.

Rick J.
